An authorized representative is a licensed Canadian Immigration Consultant, a member of The Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (https://iccrc-crcic.ca), in good standing and authorized to represent your interest in immigration matters by the government of Canada

Consultation is limited to the time allocated, which can vary from 15 minutes to one hour or more, it can help you identify your immigration options and visa types in addition to the required documents to start your process.

IVS Immigration is located in Mississauga, Ontario and we provide our services to both local and international clients, no matter where you are located, we are authorized to represent your interest in immigration matters by the government of Canada

You may start by selecting one of the below services available:

  • Fill up the contact request form (No charges)
  • Book an initial consultation with IVS Immigration Authorized representative:
  • Fifteen minutes consultation, ($ 50.00 + HST If applicable), (additional time subject to charges)
  • One hour consultation ($ 150.00 + HST If applicable), (additional time subject to charges)

Each case is different and can take different amount of time, however, we can provide you with an approximate processing time based on the type of your visa application

Once the consultation is done and you are interested to retain IVS Immigration services, you need to sign a retainer agreement with us, and to do so, the following steps to be followed:

  • You will receive a digital retainer agreement document that requires your signature after you read and agree to the content in addition to the terms and conditions. The same is to be sent back to IVS Immigration (digitally)
  • Book an appointment with IVS Immigration
  • Make the required payment as indicated in the retainer agreement 

You will receive a confirmation e-mail once all of the above is done along with the meeting details allocated to proceed further with your case with one of our immigration consultants. 

No one can guarantee a positive outcome to any case since the immigration officers only having the power to approve or decline any cases. We however will ensure that we present the best prepared case on your behalf for approval.

Once you book a consultation with us, we will assess your case and the reasons why you have been refused previously then provide you with the best way to start processing your case again if applicable.

Our prices which are clearly mentioned in the retainer agreement will cover our professional fees only, any other charges related to the government/ third party will be paid directly by the client/ clients.  

In some cases, and based on the application type you may be required to provide a police clearance / medical certificate along with your case, this is required to assist the immigration officer make sure you are not a security risk to Canada or if any medical condition is likely to endanger public health or public safety, (exception apply in certain cases)

It depends on the circumstances, the crime committed and the nature of the offense, in certain cases you may be able to come to / return to Canada after you apply to what is called rehabilitation or ARC (Authorization to return to Canada).
